1. Introduction

Welcome to Octa Packaging ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"Customer" means the person or entity purchasing products from us.
"Products" refer to jewellery packaging, storage solutions, boxes, displays, and any other items offered for sale by us.

3. Orders

3.1 All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by Octa Packaging.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3.3 Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled without our prior written consent.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices for our products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 All quotations provided by us are subject to our rights to amend or withdraw the quotation at any time prior to acceptance of an order.

4.4 Quotations are valid for a period of 90 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.

4.5 All prices are exclusive of GST 10%.

4.6 We accept Cheques, Direct Deposit into our account or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard). We do not accept Amex or Diners Club Cards.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

5.2 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

5.3 The Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable to their order.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

6.1 The Customer must inspect the products upon delivery and notify us of any defects or discrepancies within 5 business days.

6.2 If the Customer fails to notify us within this period, the products are deemed accepted.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Products may be returned within 5 business days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

7.2 Custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless defective. We reserve the right to determine terms of defective products.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the products.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All intellectual property rights in our products and website content remain the property of Octa Packaging.

9.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
